The six compilations were bound in matching blue cloth and each cover 5 years of the Journal as follows:
Volume 1: Volumes 1 though 6 of the Journal published from 1967 to 1972
Volume 2: Volumes 7 though 10 of the Journal published from 1973 to 1976
Volume 3: Volumes 11 though 16 of the Journal published from 1977 to 1982
Volume 4: Volumes 16 though 20 of the Journal published from 1982 to 1986
Volume 5: Volumes 21 though 25 of the Journal published from 1987 to 1991
Volume 6: Volumes 26 though 30 of the Journal published from 1992 to 1996
This is Volume 2 covering Volumes 7 though 10 of the Journal published from 1973 to 1976. Other volumes are available separately.
