The Scott Universal Binder is designed to house any Scott Stamp Album Page. Two round posts can be mounted to accommodate pages punched for 3-ring or 2-post binders. Pages will not lie flat when housed in the Universal Binder. Scott binders are covered with a tough green leatherette material that is washable and reinforced at stress points for long wear. The Universal Binder will hold approximately 150 pages. A matching Scott Green Universal Slipcase (For Universal Binder) to protect the binder and its contents is sold separately. Also available and sold separately are a wide range of Scott Binder Labels for the National Series and the Specialty Series to identify contents of the binder.
